Back to work today and although I had a wonderful family Christmas, I'm more than ready for some mundane reality. I decided in November that I'd let myself go (!) completely off-road to see what would happen. Well it was a huge amount of fun, but I now have a huge amount of lard to show for it.
So time to knuckle own, get back to goal, and then get on with sharing the low carb goodness!
